Not to mention they taste incredible and have been a massive hit with the kids and husband.

Basic Keto Chaffle Recipe

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. Mix the cheese and egg together in a bowl until well combined.

Chaffles have been an invaluable asset to our keto journey with the kids. From having them for pizza bases, or adding the sweet flavorings and having them as waffles with lemon and sugar or keto choc chips its a real treat. I never feel like I’m missing out when these are dished up. We have the Lakeland waffle maker and I can honestly say its amazing, it isn’t cheap but I’ve bought cheap and replaced it very quickly.
